The objective of this study is to assess two novel positron emission tomography (PET) radiotracers, \[64Cu\]CM500 and \[68Ga\]CM500, for Positron Emission Tomography-Magnetic Resonance Imaging (PET-MR) and Positron Emission Tomography / Computed Tomography (PET-CT) imaging of solid tumors. These tracers have the potential to detect solid tumors throughout the body and may enable doctors to identify smaller tumors than conventional imaging techniques.

The purpose of this study to learn whether PET/CT (positron emission tomography/computed tomography) scans using an imaging agent (radiotracer) called zirconium Zr 89 crefmirlimab berdoxam is a safe and effective way to identify CD8+ T cells

This study will randomize participants undergoing a bronchoscopic biopsy of a peripheral pulmonary nodule for their standard of care to receive robotic-assisted bronchoscopy (RaB) and then staging linear endobronchial ultrasounnd (EBUS) OR staging linear EBUS first, followed by RaB. The goal of this study is to set the standard for optimizing the sequence of bronchoscopic procedures in patients at risk for early-stage malignancy.

Primary Objectives
* Determine the biodistribution of \[18F\]-C-SNAT4 in 5 healthy volunteers. Secondary Objectives
* Determine the dosimetry of \[18F\]-C-SNAT4 PET in healthy volunteers and patients with lung cancer.
* Determine the acute toxicity of \[18F\]-C-SNAT4 PET in healthy volunteers and patients with lung cancer.
* Determine whether uptake in \[18F\]-C-SNAT4 PET imaging is significantly different in tumor and corresponding contralateral noncancer tissue in patients with lung cancer (tested by Wilcoxon test) before the therapy.
* Determine/verify the safety profile of the \[18F\]-C-SNAT4 radiotracer, as an imaging agent in patients with lung cancer.
* Determine the time of maximal \[18F\]-C-SNAT4 radiotracer uptake post injection.
Prospective clinical study designed to evaluate damage to the heart after receiving standard of care chemotherapy and radiation therapy for locally advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC).

The purpose of this study is to find out if the navigation program helps participants manage immunotherapy treatment better than usual care. Investigators will also look at how the navigation program impacts participants' quality of life. Investigators will measure quality of life by having participants complete questionnaires.

The purpose of this research is to see if monitoring the brain using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) after radiation therapy will allow investigators to find cancer that has spread to the brain (brain metastases) before it causes symptoms.
This is a Phase 1a, open label, single dose, extended study of safety and biokinetics of RAD301 in healthy human volunteers and individuals with PDAC or Other Solid Tumors

Evaluate FlowPath Lung Diagnostic Test of Sputum Samples to Detect the Presence of Lung Cancer in High-risk Individuals Who Have Existing Lung Nodules, \>6 to \<30 mm in Diameter, Determined by LDCT.
This is a pilot study to compare pre- and post-SABR core biopsies of stage I NSCLC tumors to identify SABR-induced immune-mediated tumor recognition based on a significant and specific expansion of T-cell clones using a novel T-cell receptor (TCR) sequencing assay. This will be coupled with (1) novel genomic analysis of candidate tumor antigens that may be released from the pre-SABR tumor and (2) functional validation assays to screen post-treatment peripheral blood T-cells for reactivity to these released candidate tumor antigens. In addition, cell-based analysis will be used to identify changes in key T-cell infiltrates into the post-SABR tumor.

This phase I trial is evaluating a new imaging tracer (68Ga-FAPi-46) with positron emission tomography (PET)/computed tomography (CT) to determine where and to which degree the tracer (68Ga-FAPi-46) accumulates in normal and cancer tissues (the biodistribution) in patients with solid tumors or hematologic (blood) cancers. PET is an established imaging technique that utilizes small amounts of radioactivity attached to very minimal amounts of tracer, in the case of this research, 68Ga-FAPi-46. Because some cancers take up 68Ga-FAPi-46, it can be seen with PET. CT utilizes x-rays that traverse the body from the outside. CT images provide an exact outline of organs and potential inflammatory tissue where it occurs in a patient's body. Combining a PET scan with a CT scan can help make the image easier to interpret. PET/CT scans are hybrid scanners that combine both modalities into a single scan during the same examination.
This trial studies how well endobronchial ultrasound-guided transbronchial needle-aspiration (EBUS-TBNA) with suction works in obtaining samples from patients with suspected lung cancer that has spread to the nodal. EBUS-TBNA samples obtained with additional suction may help to improve material-amounts and decrease blood contamination in the samples.

The purpose of this study is to find out whether a biopsy technique called transbronchial cryobiopsy (TBCB) is a safe alternative to the standard biopsy procedure (transbronchial forceps biopsy; TBFB). The study researchers think that TBCB may provide better biopsy samples to help diagnose lung disease.
The overall purpose of this protocol is to identify subacute sepsis-associated cardiac disease in pediatric patients with cancer by CMR and evaluate the CMR findings during their follow-up. This will help inform heart failure management decision making. Evidence of dysfunction or elevated T2 values may inform adjustment of afterload reduction and beta blocker administration, and elevated ECV findings will suggest the need for increased surveillance for diastolic dysfunction.
Primary Objectives:
(Feasibility Phase) To determine the feasibility of cardiac MRI without anesthesia in the immediate post-sepsis period in children with cancer.
CMR scanning will be completed within 10 days of presentation - this will allow us to ensure that possible hemodynamic or respiratory instability and renal dysfunction has resolved prior to transport to the MRI scanner during the most acute phase of illness.
(Completion Phase) To estimate the frequency of subacute sepsis-associated cardiac disease, including myocardial inflammation and dysfunction, in the post-acute phase (within 10 days of presentation) of severe sepsis in children with cancer
Pediatric subjects aged 6-17 with biopsy confirmed cancer and imaging findings suspicious for pulmonary metastatic disease scheduled to undergo pulmonary metastasectomy via and open or minimally invasive approach.
This is a pragmatic clinical trial that will study the effect of a radiomics-based computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) tool on clinicians' management of pulmonary nodules (PNs) compared to usual care. Adults aged 35-89 years with 8-30mm PNs evaluated at Penn Medicine PN clinics will undergo 1:1 randomization to one of two groups, defined by the PN malignancy risk stratification strategy used by evaluating clinicians: 1) usual care or 2) usual care + use of a radiomics-based CAD tool.
