Who may be able to participate
Inclusion Criteria: * stage IIIB or IV NSCLC * eligible for treatment of NSCLC with paclitaxel and carboplatin +/- bevacizumab Exclusion Criteria: * mixed large and small cell histologies for lung cancer * significant obesity, BMI \> 30
